By accessing or using qulckbook-intuit's software, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
qulckbook-intuit provides cloud-based accounting and financial management software tools designed for small businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires. No charges are applied during the trial period.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with qulckbook-intuit are the exclusive property of qulckbook-intuit and its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for your internal business purposes.
You may not use qulckbook-intuit to engage in unlawful activities, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineer our software, or resell the service without written permission. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all financial data you input into qulckbook-intuit; we process it solely to provide and improve the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. qulckbook-intuit does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qulckbook-intuit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to qulckbook-intuit in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
